Global examples can be of different
types.
Replicable : Programme which is already
implemented and shows impact.
Innovative : Programme which is innovative
(We cant gurantee that it never existed
before)
Using technology : Programme which has
used technology (including AI) to save
time, money, reachout
Sustainable : Programme which exists
minimum for 5 years
No gurantee (but read till end to see
great people)
Our former organisation did a research
on credibility of NGOs and we realised
that it takes lot of time to do research
with NGO, its community and associated
donors, volunteers, related government
people. Also, we realised that many
times, if founder leaves the organisation
or if the CEO of the organisation leaves,
the credibility suffers. We have also
seen that the new CEO has shown better
performance or has easily left ageold
practices or used technology better
to move faster or with digital practices
saves time, as well as saving petrol
/ diesel and helped climate ....
Donors : Programme must see the credibility,
intent, purpose of financial donor (No
gurantee).
Corruption : Programme implementing
organisation does not use corrupt practices
with donors / government (We can not
give gurantee and donor should known
who was the donor of the organisation
they are helping)
Impact : While we are keen on impact,
we know that there are many locations
where the reachout is difficult and
the community members are far less.
So it is not economical, but government
helps such locations and here, they
do not consider impact in traditional
way, but they think they needed to take
care of citizens or trees or houses
(typically in forest fires or drought
areas or floods or earthquakes or locations
like mines)
No one should ask or request for sharing
their programmes in global examples.
We either do it ourselves or take the
help of larger (bigger as well as global)
organisations and donors
Corporates : We do not share corporate
examples, corporates
Awards
We do not recommend any one for
any award
