We will start promoting Thane as a global example in many factors

1) Retail donation
Individuals, organisations in Thane or any one from any country can donate for development of Thane.

2) Blood donation
Individuals (organisations can do blood donation camps) can donate blood. It can be at any blood bank in this world. But donate blood because it is good for you. We are doing a novel method of inviting blood donation soon. Bhau, father of founder went to all his friends and collected money for Late Wamanrao Oka Raktapedhi in Thane and donated his own money to the blood bank. What is important is he donated his money in memory of his wife (mother of founder) and not for himself.
That shows simplicity.

He donated his house to founder as Gift Deed. That shows his nature of doing what he thought was right when he was alive. That is something we learnt from him. Do it when you are alive.
What we also learnt from him was Register your will. and so founder also has registered his will with related government authorities and with due medical signature.

3) Libraries
Thane should be a global example of library. It can be digital or published books.
We will start with library of World Map where anyone from any nationality or caste or religion can see world map in printed form where they can see country locations in the map.

Plus of course books on medicine donated by Aum, books on engineering & management and several other printed books.

Management of NGOs
We have experienced that NGO Managements invest time in day to day affairs of the NGO rather than buidling Brand of the NGO or do management capacity building or keeping good relations with funding agencies or CSR teams of corporates or how to meet HR teams to invite their employees for volunteering and pay roll giving ...

The pandemic situation the world is facing has caused major problems for NGOs on many issues like
1) Corporates are not making profits and have to reduce CSR Budget
2) Employees do not even go to the office of the company. And no company will take the responsibility of their employees going to slums

We have been working with employee vlounteering since 2003 and the pandemic situation as well as our chaning of canvas to global level have made us think how we can help NGOs work economically and how they can get funds in this market situation.

Corporates have people who give more powers to brain rather than heart looking at quality, cost, reach out .. So it is talent where brain overpowers heart.

NGOs have talented people whose heart overpowers brain because they deal with people as communities and not as buyers.

It is time, where corporate talent should be used by NGO managements in branding or PR or HR or succession planning or Governance ...

We plan to start this excercise where corporate boards, CEOs, department heads & experts from ad / PR agencies share important things NGO managements sitting at home or office. And we give language translator facility where NGOs can read the translated version in over 100 languages.

What they have to do is just give us the NGO link and country or district where the NGO has programmes and there is no cost to them because someone may help us promote issues or countries. Just mail it to Datacentre and dont sent any images, presentations, files or pdfs because our computer may not accept them.
