Life skills and and laboral reintegration
In May 2022, FC Barcelona Foundation commenced a new sport-based employability project for women residing in the Brians 1 Penitentiary Centre. The project started by introducing life skills through sport and physical activity via the delivery of the SportNet methodology twice-weekly and as an entry point to initiate processes with the women of self-knowledge, empowerment, identification of potential, and research on job opportunities.

Tools to learn and develop social skills
Methodological transfer project in juvenile justice centers with the Foundation's sports and educational methodology, which is aimed at social reintegration of young people, helping inmates develop their social skills, so they can use them in their life. One of the most significant improvements is that most of the participants have improved their self-control and respect towards others.

Mental Health Foundation (India) - NGO Brand
A first of its kind initiative in India, and second in the world after the mental health guide for prisoners by the Pennsylvania Stat Penitentiary, the PFA-P includes two manuals and a screening tool. Approved by the world organisation, the PFA-P developed by MHF(I) is a comprehensive guide/manual that covers principles and strategies to provide humane supportive and practical help to inmates with psychological and emotional crises affecting their mental health.
