If you can sit in any
position which is medically right, sit quietly for 2 minutes for 10 days, sit quietly for 5 minutes on next 11 to 20 days and sit quietly for 10 minutes on next 21 to 30 days. Quietly means empty mind. No positive or negative thinking. No thinking of god or relatives or friends, Nothing but blank mind. Its not madness. It gives you tremendous power. No disturbance of noise around you whether your mobile is ringing or you are called by anybody. Quiet.1 minute quietness is far difficult. 2 minutes is tooooooooooooooo much. So do for 5 seconds and you will think of that day's schedule or work or what happend yesterday or what is your plan for tomorrow ........ Switch off like you switch off your mobile. Or your lights. Dont switch off respiration in fist couple of days. Then dont breath for 5 seconds. Its difficult than life to start with. But your life begins great journey of meditation. You live longer. Live with positivity. If you can sit with empty mind for 10 minutes, your meditation jouney starts. We start on 13th October 2025 |
