When was the idea born
Let us be clear that Great People existed centuries before you or anyone was born.
But Sanjay Kumud Moreshwar Bapat thought that world rewards greats in only some fields.
Most of the people do not think that their parents or teachers (which are second parents) are great.
World doesnt think NGO founders are great.

Infact many friends of founder say after doing engineering and MBA why you are wasting time on social sector, you dont earn enough money for social work, do something worth money, so that your family is happy.

And they may (they have yet not said) that if you say Madhav Chavan is great leader because he started Pratham, one of India's largest NGO (by spread), what will you get. If Madhav Chavan gets many awards, what will you get.

Founder's answer is clear. He doesnt live to win awards or to get prizes or get money.

After MBA, he worked in advertising because he wanted to brand others, not himself.
He is a driver on digital social bridge which connects NGOs with Donors and vice versa.
NGOs help reduce the challenging work of Governments & UN who address challenges they face, everyday.

CSRidentity.com has shared all Nobel Laureates, Olympic 2020 Gold Medalists.

Still not clear, when the idea of sharing social greats born
While watching Australian Open 2022, when Rafael Nadal was down on the first set, founder went to CSRidentity.com to see if he does something for people and saw that his foundation was shared on CSRidentity.com long time back. Then he was down on 2nd set and founder thought it was over but still saw part of third set and founder had to do out for engagement ceremony and after the engagement, he got whatsapp news that Nadal has won the Australian Open 2022.
That's WILL power. That's attitude towards play. He plays and the result is win.
And knows he can loose but his purpose is great (win and not beat others)
But he knows he has to beat others to win.
So one may think its confusing but it is not.

The difference between Result and purpose is not theoretical but practical. That's key.
Like founder thinks legal case won is not because the purpose is to win.
The purpose is truth must win.

But unfortunately, truth wins or even looses only because born individuals and their lawyers try to or defeat truth.
So sometimes, they defeat truth but we have experienced truth wins, but at a cost. But TRUTH has to win.

The result may be called as legal win.
But the sole Purpose is truth wins.
And even if the person who wins is murdered or some one tries to murder him under accident, its ok.
Truth should not be hidden or murdered or hidden from the world.

And founder is not worried that all his thoughts (many may be first time in the world) will go away with him
when he will leave the world
but he thinks someone will come out with similar or even better thought and processes.

Nadal is brand but millions of individuals are doing great work but get unnoticed.
They are not Brands.
Sanjay Kumud Moreshwar Bapat has seen social sector right from his college days but when he started his first social enterprise on Thane and India, wayback in 1999, he has seen many NGO founders almost give life for the betterment or even survival of communities. And yes, communities are not blood relatives but NGO Founders think, they are part of her or his family. That greatness is not rewarded. Only few gets award, many deserve awards. Not a trophy or certificate but funds which will help them serve the community. Or add more locations in their social programs.

We had thought a lot that we should have great people and this should be irrespective of their country because they are world citizens, world inspiration, world greats.

But more thinking made it clear.
When one wins Olympics, her or his national anthem is played. When a person becomes Nobel Laureate, her or his country gets highlight. Philanthropists live in a country or island.

And Great people who help the country's brand image.
So wherever possible, we will mention the country of great people.

But again, we know that many countries are great but their greatness is hidden and we will try to put great people from branded countries and try to put great people from non branded countries because we want to hightlight brand value of every country. And brand value is not financial value of brand but "Values is had, has and will have"

Some country's maintain privacy of information and we respect them.

So we plan to share 10000 people brands and we will have 26 pages for 26 alphabets (starting alphabet of person) and these 26 pages will have 26 banners and all the money will be in memory of Bhau. But instead of his name, the ad will be a donation to Developed Nation Network Trust, our NGO which works in the social sector as integrator and info mine.
Developed Nation Network Trust has 80 G as well as FCRA, so donation can be from any country in the world.

Process will start from 15th November 2024

We may add more categories but will not cover political leaders, naxalites, terrorists, criminal or inhuman attitude, porno content providers, activists and even greats who just help NGOs raise money because like founder, they are promoting others.

Some Nobel Laureates are political leaders, some Magsay winners are political leaders. We will share them because though we dont cover political leaders or activists, they are selected by organisations like Nobel, Maysaysay.
A small problem we cant avoid.

One thing we will do is avoid institutions, organisations because its people. Not organisations, governments, countries.
If by mistake, we share organisations, please email Datacentre@CSRidentity.com and we will remove that organisation.
It can be done same day but if we are out, then it may take days because we may go to villages or areas where there is hardly any internet connection.

Ideally, we will share only those great people who received global award or recognition because we are drivers.
But in some cases, people are not recognised by awards but are recommended by award winners, so we share them.

Social Greats

When a country Prime Minister or President or big leader visits another country, she or he meets
Political leaders
Business leaders and associations
trade officials
This helps them in business and economy development

But if a country wants to be a Developed Nation, leaders or their representatives must meet BIG social leaders who not only have impact on the community they serve but there ideas, projects, pregrammes can be replicated or scaledup or modified in many parts of the world.

This means they not only impact more but their ideas are replicable.
We plan to share 500 Social Greats by 28.8.2026 but the numbers can be less or can be more because our focus is not achieving number but sharing people whose name deserves social greats.
And below each social great we will mention the organisation which says they are social greats. This puts pressure on organisations and in a way it is good because they may feel pressure but we think it is responsibility of the organisation to share right name.

There is no cost of sharing social greats infact if someone says share this name and they will pay, we will reject the name not because the person they recommend is not social great but the attitude of the recommending organisation is not good. We may study the same person and share her or his name in social greats category.

The social greats should serve
At least 10 States/ UTs or 10 counties or its equivalent in countries other than India.

It certainly will happen in cases where the NGOs run by social greats restricts itself to specific locatins but the target audience of these are different than normal or the idea itself is innovative like Snehvan which Developed Nation Network Trust is suggesting.

If a person wants to suggest any name (and not organisation), that person should not be part of any political party or religious party or activist or naxalite or terrorist and the name of the Social Great should not be of any political leader or activist or terrorist or religious leader and is anti corporate.

World has seen and is everyday seeing wars between countries.
War kills development or halts it temporarily.
Its time country heads (PM, President, Minister) knows Social Greats and ask their people to meet and learn from social greats.
While we share social doctors issuewise, within these social doctors are social greats which leaders must know.
There are many companies in each country but leaders know only big companies who make great impact.
We cant gurantee number of social greats in the world but plan to share social greats who impact more people and their work can be replicated or scaledup or modified.

to summarise
People know Bill Gates or Warren Buffet or Elon Musk.
Its time they know such greats from social sector.

Developed Nation has already selected few names lie
Abhay Bang and Rani Bang (Infant Mortality, SEARCH, Gadchiroli district, India)
Anshoo Gupta of Goonj (Works in flood affected or earthquake affected areas)
Dr Ashish Satav, Mahan Trust (Works in Melghat area)
Ashok Deshmane of Snehvan (Works with children whose parent committed suicide)
Dr Madhav Chavan of Pratham (Biggest NGO in India)
Dr Prakash & Dr Mandakini Amte, Lok Biradari Prakalpa (Work in Hemalkasa, with Tribals)

We understand that in some cases, government or corporates have opposite views from that of NGOs and there is verbal or legal fight. However good the NGO is, we will not share such NGO leaders in Social Greats because we want corporate sector; funding agencies, governments to partner with NGOs which cooperate with them with the final purpose of development.

And we will not share NGOs which do corruption or other such activities which is against our ethical thinking.

And we wont share the NGO issuewise because we are not sharing the NGO but the NGO leader and if an NGO leader did good work for dchild health, in no way it means that the NGO leader cant do a good job in women related issue because the whole idea is attitude and development and not academic education or specific issue. Afterall an MBA in marketing can be absobred by a company which sells soaps, textiles, arelines, mobiles ... and after good experience the person may lead the company, not just in marketing but all management issues and become the CEO or Chairperson of the company.
