Corporates
by name & Corporates
by country.
What is the difference
if the corporate
is same? |
In countrywise corporates,
we plan to share
Corporates in that
country
Corporate related
ministry
And from August
2025 to March 2026,
will share links
to not just CSR
but within CSR,
the issues that
corporate supports.
We are sharing links
because why, how
the corporate supports
that particular
social issues can
be seen from the
corporate themself
and we cant explain
that without their
permission.
We plan to share
anywhere between
25000 to 35000 CSR
Brand links and
we dont commit how
many social programme
links we can provide
but it will be more
than 50000 because
one corporate many
be supporting 1
or 2 or or many
social issues and
if they support
just one issue,
then they may be
supporting many
programmes within
the same issue.
We may think of
adding link to Annual
report of company
so that one can
possibly see CSR
budget.
Through CSR or communities
or beyond profit
link, you can see
the social issues
where corporates
invest. It is social
investment because
they want impact
of their investment.
Like financial investors
think ROI is Return
on Investment, the
ROI in social investment
is
R = Returns in terms
of satisfaction
of donation or giving,
O = Opportunities
of issuewise &
locationwise NGO
partners and options
in terms of other
issues or locations
I = Impact of investment
In
namewise corporates
We plan to share
name of the corporate
with link to it.
And we put the names
of corporates not
countrywise but
alphabetically.
Like IBM or Microsoft
or Tata Power or
Unilever.
And yes, if the
corporate is an
MNC which means
they either have
factories or marketing
offices in other
countries, then
we share them namewise
and within that
countrywise.
See Unilever namewise.
Here we share Unilever,
by name but Unilever
Argentina and Unilever
Zimbabwe in alphabetical
order. Interestingly,
in case of Unilever,
its India office
is Hindustan Unilever
and we have the
opportunity of working
with them from 2008
to 2019 on employee
volunteering but
then Corona stopped
it then on. Ofcourse,
we stopped this
employee volunteering
initiative because
we started working
on online initiatives
then on.
Why
countrywise &
namewise corporates
?
The idea came when
founder was working
on Kering. He knew
it has headquarters
in France but it
is not possible
for him to know
that about 100000
corporates. So we
thought namewise
corporates is simple.
Like one can go
to corporates whose
name starts with
K and within that
Ke to go to Kering.
Again, why first
two words. Its simple.
There are many corporates
whose first two
words start with
Aaor Ab or Ac ....
so it is better
to put them by first
two words because
in one page, we
cant share too much
information.
Visitors dont like
to see too much
info and within
that to see what
they want.

Corporates
by name & Corporates
by country.
What is the difference
if the corporate
is same? |
We
share corporates in
India separately than
corporates in the
world because India
is our global example
country. And we plan
to share links to
50000 corporates in
India while for other
countries, it may
be total 35000 ot
50000.
One of the reasons
why we are sharing
less corporates in
other countries is
because many corporates
have websites in their
national languages
and it is difficult
to find links to their
CSR or within CSR,
various social programmes.
We
started our social
enterprenourship
journey from India
in 1999 with investment
of Mahindra Group
firm. And had started
with Thane before
a few months of
India.
Of
course, if we would
have started with
China, Japan, Zimbabwe,
that country would
be our global example
because we would
have physically
seen that country.
We
believe in digital
science.
And are building
a digital social
bridge where corporates
can see NGOs in
their country or
other countries
for partnership
on social investment.

| Our
request to corporates
in the world |
10
minutes Yog
It is vital because
in this competitive
world, each corporate
leader goes through
stress & tension.
Relaxation is important.
And like respiration,
it
is everyday till you
live.
Products
made by your company
has expiry date, so
is the you as a product
made by your parents.
So till you live,
give your time, talent
to your company, your
family & friends.
7
Hours of talent
Many NGOs across the
world are led by people
who focus more on
helping communities
than on earning lot
of money.
Their professionalisation
is overtaken by emotions.
Its important that
corporate CEOs share
what they do in professional
competitive world
like branding of corporate
& products (NGO
Branding & Programme
branding for social
sector), Communication,
HR Policies, Supply
chain policies, safety
& protection of
information and people,
how taking care of
families of employees
is important because
employee gives 8 hours
a day for the company
but 16 hours is with
the outside world
(outside world include
family, which is important
but is strange when
we put it as outside
world). Success planning
NGOs
need to understand
how the talent corporates
use is useful for
them because many
times, NGOs lack succession
planning.
NGO
Shopping Malls
Corporates
make money by selling
products and services.
NGOs use their skill
by helping communities
address their challenges.
Its important that
NGOs take a step forward
by marketing products
amde by or services
offered by community
members. And instead
of individuals from
the community, NGOs
should use this as
part of them because
they deal with corporates,
funding agencies ..
and they are known.
So it takes less time
of communities in
marketing themself
because the marketing
agent is NGO Brand.
And
manytimes, corporates
have shops as their
agents which sell
their products. So
NGOs can also be agents
of corporates, specially
in areas where corporates
have less reach out
or where NGOs not
only have good reachout
but are seen as part
of family of consumers
(communities).
e.g. slums, villages
and important is disabled
communities, senior
citizens, widows,
males who lost their
wife and parents and
are alone ...
Term
Insurace
Focuse
of social workers
and leaders of NGOs
is helping communities
address challenges
they face regularly.
In that they earn
far less than what
they could have earned
if they worked with
corporates.
Manytimes
NGOs work in dangerous
areas like floods,
communal harmony,
earthquakes, criminal
mined people or parents
who do not care their
children or children
who do not look at
their parents.
It
is important that
if a corporate is
giving donation to
the NGO, a small percentage
is used to pay term
insurance of NGO Leader.
Term insurance of
a person means if
a person dies during
the span of term insurance,
then her or his family
or whoever is nominated
gets insurance money.
After
an almost fatal accident
on 28.8.2013, founder
has done a term insurance
because he he plans
to build a digital
bridge between corporates,
funding agencies,
philanthropists, celebrities
on one side and NGOs
on the other side
and his canvas is
world.
Now
it may happen that
he dies giving hardly
any money to family,
so he has done a term
insurance.
Google
Google is best and
advanced search engine.
Seach Unilever USA
in Google and you
get over 2,00,00,000
results in 0.57 seconds.
Then we searched Unilever
in Google and got
over 13,50,00,000
results in 0.72 seconds
We are no where near
Google in their Brand
value and number of
visitors and technology.
But we are different.
We value your time.
So go to corporatesinU
because Unilever starts
with U. And you get
it.
If you want to see
Unilever is UK, then
go to United Kingdom
and see corporates
there. |
Corporates
by name : Why just
brand name ? |
If
you say what's in a
name, then why have
a name.
Remove your name.
If someone asks you,
who are you, then what
is your answer.
No name. Doctor,
Husnad or wife, Son
or Daughter, Specialist
....
Then they will say
there are over million
doctors.
You say I am eye specialist.
They will say there
are hundreds of eye
specialists.
If they ask you which
country you are citizen
of .. then you will
name the country.
Why your birth certificate
has your name ?
Why right from school,
college, marriage,
credit cards, voting,
employment ... everywhere
you share your name.
Why
name is clear.
It is also a way to
share your Identity,
as to who you are.
All know this.
Corporates value it.
Its not financial value.
Its value. That is why
we are clear that Value
Education
is key.
you
share your name.
Its simple. You are
called by your name.
We
know corporates invest
time, money and talent
on their identity
and branding.
Google
Google is a search
engine. The best and
advanced search enging.
We searched in Google
Unilever USA at 7.07
AM India time and
got about 2,18,00,000
results (0.57 seconds)
The first was Unilever
USA. Good.
Then we searched Unilever
in Google at 7.09
AM India time and
got about 13,90,00,000
results (0.72 seconds)
For Unilever NewZealand,
we have to Google
Unilever NewZealand
At 7.11 AM India time,
we got about 43,20,000
results (0.60 seconds)
So
you have to Google
is BIG. Of corse it
is clever.
It can give you Unilever,
New Zealand as the
first result but then
as a search engine
it gives you few thousand
more result. Now when
you go to school to
see and get her or
his result card, on
the board they share
300 or 500 or even
1000 children in the
school and hundreds
of parents come to
see result of their
child.
But
when you enter the
mark sheet or certificate
department, you name
your child and get
only her or his certificate.
That's
the difference.
We are smaller (maybe
billion times smaller)
than google or Wikipedia.but
we are human driven
digital wall. So we
give you what you
want and we share
options differently
like countrywie corporates
or industrywise corporates
or we share products
separately and if
one company makes
5 products, we share
these 5 in their product
category and not their
company.
Company
official website
We went to Unilever
website and on top,
there is location
selector where you
get Unilever websites
in about 100 countries.
So they give you that.
Then why CSRidentity.com
?
You go to Unilever
website which gives
you links to about
100 Unilever websites
but you have to go
to each country, which
means 100 different
pages.
Whereas
when you visit CSRidentity.com
and see Unilever by
name, on one page
you see Unilever in
all countries with
their official links.
That is how we
are different.

Companies
dont think that their responsibility
is only limited making money
by manufacturing or selling
products or offer services &
consulting chartered accountants
of how to legally avoid tax
by investing in and then pay
tax to government of their country.
They know that they have a larger
& deeper responsibility.
Consumers, clients buy your
products, use your services.
So it is company's responsibility
to take care of them.
Does
a mother or father say that
we pay tax, so taking care of
my child's education, health,
adulthood is government's responsibility.
NO.
Parents take the child to the
best school, admit in best college,
use good doctor and hospital
if the child has a health problem.
And they pay and not government.
And many people in India thing
government medical colleges
are better but go to private
hospitals. Similarly many economically
rich people put their child
to private schools and not municipal
schools.
From
the tax people pay, government
has schools, hospitals, infrastructure
like roads on which you drive
expensive cars. But government
also has its buses, trains,
ambulances, hearses...
So
its a combinations of individuals
& government.
CSRidentity.com
believes that each company is
an integral part of industry.
We will share what are the responsibilities
of the industries and how are
industries tackling the global
issue of climate
