Media
is the only stakeholder which gives news at
Local , National , International , Ocean, Planet, Universe
and digital news on mobile is seen 24 hours 365 or 366
days.
We
started sharing countrywise media but in many small
countries, there can be just one or two media and manytimes,
news in one country alerts or affects neighbouring country.
So we now share countrywise media but countries are
shared continentwise.
Role
of newspapers & business magazines is give news.
They ask viewers to form their
own views.
Editorial of media shares their editorial analysis of
key news. Stories are analysis or facts.
Some media are governed by businesses or political parties
or religions or sports stars ...
Rapes, wars, murders, politics & politicians ....
When we see media worldwise, these are prominent.
Maybe because they give TRPs.
But wrong news is dangerous because it may malign reputation.
We think if there is a sports magazine, they should
give 5% space (1 page at least) to how a sports person
has helped social sector or using her or her name to
promote issues or specific NGO. Same with a business
magazine where they can share 1 page of how a business
celebrity is using name or money to help social sector
and they can be from any country.
Media
is critical to know the up to date information (online
media gives 24 hours up to last minute or last hour
information).
It may be just a city newspaper, state news paper or
national newspaper or business news paper ...
Ad
/ PR agencies will find MEDIA links useful because they
can go to the website and see who is the contact person
in media they should go to for sharing their client's
regular events as well as social responsibility programmes.
