Employee's helping corporates
Its not the amount but the attitude of corporates which makes the difference.

Corporates through their HR should share employees the fact that millions of people in the world do not get enough food (Not nutritious food but basic food) to survive.

Yes, they may pay income tax but they must think that it is their self responsibility to give back to communities or nature at least on their birthday.

The donation amount can be as small as Rs 1000/- or $20 or its equivalent in the country currency and yes, they get tax benefits for donations.

Its important for employees to note that the social, health or Climate issue can be different than the corporate they are employed with. So they can donate to corporate foundation of NGOs in their country or any other country.

If they donate it to Developed Nation Network Trust, over 90% of the amount will be donated to charities in India. DNNT keeps 10% for their own audit and admin expenses.

And as return gift, DNNT shares the name of the employee as a Birthday Philanthropist in the 366 days calendar on CSRidentity.com

Anyway, CSRidentity.com plans to share anywhere between 8888 NGO Brands to 10000 NGO Brands in over 125 countries by 28.08.2026, so employees can select NGO in their country either shared as NGO Brands or other NGOs or UN or that corporate's foundation.
