Value education. Founder learnt lessons of Value Education from his mother, Aai.
After child hood or college, he is learning lessons of what to do, what not to do. What to tell someone and what not to tell. Whom to believe and whom to not believe.
He thinks parents give real experience they faced and so are one of the best to give indirect education.
These parents can be biological parents or those greats who have adopted children.
Below the povery line parents can indirectly teach you what poverty really means. Much better than lecturer in school or college.
And life teaches you that in this world there exist people who not only see you when you are about to leave earth and have the false guts to influence others to do the same.
A mistake which they cant rectify ever.
Yes, even after they leave earth. And these are from middle class (not BPL or Super rich).

Someone who doesnt attend society meeting in 2008 but signs a valuable decision at home or
some people who dont bother about father's WILL and legally question their father as to whether he has the right of his house or it actually is hereditory property and that too about a person responsible for building the house - not construction but building values
Law, police .. people say never ever be associated with them. But founder is happy to be associated with them, giving opportunity to work for a young person (of course legally allowed to work) from a so called brothel area of Mumbai (Kamathipura) or he is even planning to help people in Jail .. that is what he thinks.
Dont blame but do something to change the mindset of people
He did BE in Mechanical Engineering in 1984 and an MBA (MMS) in Marketing in 1987 but he thinks these degrees taught (of course he admits he hardly attended college but played during college time) less that he got in real life i.e. value education is far deeper than these important degrees. He still thinks they were academic driven and not necessary learning
He urges colleges to have guest lectureres from below the poverty line, just on the border of poverty line, above the poverty line, middle class, higher middle class, rich, super rich people to give real life experiences from where some youth may be inspired to some discovery or invention or some simple way to improve life of millions in the category.
He is giving names with links to the best ranked colleges in the world and may start sharing many colleges in India to start with in January 2022 and later in many countries in the world.
