Planet is not a geographic planet. Its social world
on earth
Let
us be clear that Great People helping communities,
countries, climate existed centuries before you
was born.
We are clear that these Greats are not like business
greats who earn money. Or are not great people in
sports who get money in millions from their clubs
or through advertising or not like famous film heroines
or heroes, artists, singers ... who get good money
for their work.
Let us be clear that these social greats if had
entered business or sports or films, could be super
rich.
But their heart and brain was designed in such a
way that helping others gave them billions of rupees
or dollars or pounds worth satisfaction. And their
purpose was not go get patent or award or visibility.
It was like clean air which benefits humans, animals,
trees, forests .... without any money. Of course,
humans are polluting it with their action.
Sanjay Kumud Moreshwar Bapat entered in social sector
in 1999 with Thane and India as his parent portals
because he lived in these places since his birth.
If it was any place in Kiribati or Fiji or Chad,
he could have started from there.
He did engineering and MBA in marketing, worked
in advertising, PR, social PR and realised two things.
Identity and Branding.
In advertising he realised that people ranks Products
based in their Brand value.
In Identity, he had an opportunity to work with
Wally Olins and Bobby Sista who recommended Identity
for Tata Group.
He knew that whether you think of a country, a corporate,
an NGO, a media, a celebrity, each one has unique
identity.
Yes, no two finger prints are alike. Infact police,
forensic experts, and prison officials have been
so confident that they could identify individuals
using this technique. But
behaviour of many people to outside world may be
same.
What you are is your identity and what people think
of you is built on image.
So Identity is critical for all. Yes, the job of
ambassadors or Presidents or PMs or Ministers or
Celebrities can be same but each one them has Unique
Identity.
Having
seen business, politics (yes, founder has friends
in politics), celebs, corporate and NGO people,
founder realised that while NGO founders are great,
world doesnt think or value them.
Founder believed that NGOs must be social enterprises
where the founders and employees earn good money
(similar to the pay packages of corporates) and
they can decide whether to keep the money or donate
the money they earn.
Infact many friends of founder say after doing engineering
and MBA why you are wasting time on social sector,
you have hardly earned money of your batchmates.
In school days, when teacher is absent, it was off
period. Very few off periods in the year. Play sports
or relax during that time. People think social work
is like off period. Do it not more that half day
in a year. People think Social work is not a business.
True. But its social business. Infact founder thinks
every company must be a social enterprise. Earn
money by doing positive things not by corruption
or wrong practices. When doing business, take care
of climate (even in packaging or transportation
of incoming & outgoing material or product be
climate positive.
Yes, physically going to office is right but wherever
possible, do online video meetings - which not only
saves travelling time but saves petrol / diesel
./ eng / battery, helps you get time to sit with
family or friends (actually, it is good non financial
investment). And in just one day, you can have half
an hour meetings in 10 different countries.
And they may by promoting Dr Madhav Chavan who is
great leader because he started Pratham, one of
India's largest NGO (by spread), what will you get.
And by promoting hundreds of greats like him or
Wangari Maathai to NGOs, Corporates, Funding Agencies,
Philanthropists, Celebrities, Media, Award giving
organisations, they will get funding or awards.
What will you get ? You cant live with just satisfaction.
Founder's answer is clear. He doesnt live to win
awards or to get prizes or get money.
After MBA, he worked in advertising because he wanted
to brand others, not himself.
He is a driver on digital social bridge which connects
NGOs with Donors and vice versa.
NGOs help Governments & UN who address social
challenges everyday.
So his social bridge is a toll free bridge.
Still not clear, read following
example.
Founder was watching Australian Open 2022,
when Rafael Nadal was down on the first set, founder
went to CSRidentity.com to see if he does something
for people and saw that his foundation was shared
on CSRidentity.com long time back. Then he was down
on 2nd set and founder thought it was over but still
saw part of third set and founder had to do out
for engagement ceremony and after the engagement,
he got whatsapp news that Nadal has won the Australian
Open 2022.
That's WILL power. That's attitude towards play.
He plays not to beat others but be better than opponents.
Fair/
And knows he can loose but his purpose is great
(win and not beat others)
But he knows he has to beat others to win.
So one may think its confusing but it is not.
The difference between Result and purpose is not
theoretical but practical. That's key.
Like founder thinks in court matters, truth must
win. But unfortunately, truth wins or even looses
only because born individuals and their lawyers
try to or defeat truth. So sometimes, they defeat
truth but we have experienced truth wins, but at
a cost. But TRUTH has to win. The result may be
called as legal win but in reality or broader sense,
Truth wins.
And even if the person who wins is murdered or some
one tries to murder him under accident, its ok.
Truth should not be hidden or murdered or hidden
from the world.
And
founder is not worried that all his thoughts (many
may be first time in the world) will go away with
him when he will leave the world but he thinks someone
will come out with similar or even better thought
and processes.
"Nadal"
or big celebrities are big brands. But everthing
exists for few years, so one can say temporary (10
or 25 years).
But millions of individuals are doing
great work but get unnoticed. They are not Brands.
Sanjay Kumud Moreshwar Bapat has seen social sector
right from his college days but when he started
his first social enterprise on Thane and India,
wayback in 1999, he has seen many NGO founders almost
give life for the betterment or even survival of
communities. And yes, communities are not blood
relatives but NGO Founders think, they are part
of her or his family. That greatness is not rewarded.
Only few gets award, many deserve awards. Not a
trophy or certificate but funds which will help
them serve the community. Or add more locations
in their social programs.
But
more thinking made it clear.
When one wins Olympics, her or his national anthem
is played. When a person becomes Nobel Laureate,
her or his country gets highlight. Philanthropists
live in a country or island. And
Great people who help the country's brand image.
So wherever possible, we will mention the country
of great people.
But
again, we know that many countries are great but
their greatness is hidden.
World knows great people from branded countries
and miss great people from non branded countries.
So CSRidentity.com will share great people from
over 100 countries by 28.8.2027 and may share social
greats from 150 countries by 28.8.2028 because when
we share greats, we indirectly hightlight brand
value of every country.
And brand value is not just financial value of brand
but it must earn Mind Share (Not Market Share)
Some
country's maintain privacy of information and we
respect them.
So
we plan to share 2000 people brands in 3 ways.
First is social issue because we think they are
global leaders, not specific to any country.
Second is country of citizenship because that country
gave challenges & opportunities to that social
great.
Third is name of the social great because people
must know these great names (yes, rich dont say
just car but say brand name of the car or its company
and same with mobile phone). So we want to brand
"social greats" and to people who are
against this, we say we still say Newton's laws
of motion and gravitation and not laws of motion
or Pythagorean theorem.
Albert Einstein is famous for theory of relativity.
So we want Madhav Chavan in Education social greats,
India index and page starting with M which is Madhav..
So we share Wangari Maathai in Women social greats,
Kenya index and page starting with W which is Wangari.
So we share
Norman Borlaug in Agriculture social greats, USA
index page and page starting with N which is Norman
s
of these social greats (with link to issue).
Again,
and
we will have 26 pages for 26 alphabets (starting
alphabet of person) and these 26 pages will have
26 banners and all the money will be in memory of
Bhau. But instead of his name, the ad will be a
donation to Developed Nation Network Trust, our
NGO which works in the social sector as integrator
and info mine.
Developed Nation Network Trust has 80 G as well
as FCRA, so donation can be from any country in
the world.
Process
will start from 15th November 2024 |
|
Celebrities
who help social, health, climate issues.
Sports celebrities
Business Celebrities
Ashoka fellows
TED X speakers
We may add more categories but will not cover political
leaders, naxalites, terrorists, criminal or inhuman
attitude, porno content providers, activists and
even greats who just help NGOs raise money because
like founder, they are promoting others.
Some
Nobel Laureates are political leaders, some Magsay
winners are political leaders. We will share them
because though we dont cover political leaders or
activists, they are selected by organisations like
Nobel, Maysaysay.
A small problem we cant avoid.
One
thing we will do is avoid institutions, organisations
because its people. Not organisations, governments,
countries.
If by mistake, we share organisations, please email
Datacentre@CSRidentity.com and we will remove that
organisation.
It can be done same day but if we are out, then
it may take days because we may go to villages or
areas where there is hardly any internet connection.
Ideally,
we will share only those great people who received
global award or recognition because we are drivers.
But in some cases, people are not recognised by
awards but are recommended by award winners, so
we share them. |
