the accounting profession, academia and NGOs. The coalition promotes
communication about value creation, preservation and erosion as
the next step in the evolution of corporate reporting.
Purpose
The IIRC’s purpose is to promote prosperity for all and to protect
our planet.
Mission
The IIRC’s mission is to establish integrated reporting and thinking
within mainstream business practice as the norm in the public
and private sectors.
Vision
The IIRC’s vision is a world in which capital allocation and corporate
behaviour are aligned to the wider goals of financial stability
and sustainable development through the cycle of integrated reporting
and thinking.
The
momentum phase
The IIRC is in the momentum phase of its strategy, delivering
accelerated action towards our goal for integrated thinking and
reporting to be the global norm and building on achievements following
the IIRC’s breakthrough phase (2014-2018). The IIRC is leveraging
the support of its partners to create the scale and pace to deliver
