Manufacturing Skills College is for those girls of Jharkhand who
want to pursue a career in manufacturing. This course is designed
to make young women a successful and excellent professional in
the industrial sector. In a skilled college, special care is taken
by the trainer and machine to coordinate the skills and knowledge
among the youth. Special attention is paid to the skills and their
training in the skills college, especially as machinist inspectors,
testers, sorters, samplers and weighers.

The Anandshala program helps make schools joyful learning spaces
by enabling students and teachers to think and express themselves
freely. Anandshala works with the school system to ensure that
every child stays, engages and learns in school. It
provides teachers with tools and strategies to objectively understand
students, creates a learning environment conducive to creative
thought and free expression, and encourages stronger relationships
between the parent, teacher and child.

: The programme develops change leaders ensure the dissemination
of the Anandshala approach at the school level. Teachers use this
knowledge, skill and attitude to ensure a student-friendly environment
and positive relationships in schools.

for government secondary schools focusing on gender, career and
life skills, coding and digital literacy.
MyQuest
: This is designed to motivate trainers to learn new facilitation
skills, as well as enable students to develop market-oriented
skills while building their confidence.
