Women
Empowerment
Work enables the creation of small-scale enterprises
and cash-intensive activities. Job creation happens
by exploring beyond conventional income generators,
which include mushroom cultivation, dairy farming,
tailoring, lac bangle making and even encouraging
women to take up farming. Approach - including skill
training (both technical and non-technical), enterprise
development and market facilitation - exemplifies
how empowering women in rural and urban India can
drive social and economic transformation.

areas especially from economically weaker sections
who cannot afford to join a skill training institute.
Preference is given to SC, ST, OBC & Female
candidates who are mostly excluded and unable to
join a established skill training institute.

Marginalized groups in South Asia, particularly
those from socially disadvantaged groups, tribal
communities, and women, face systemic exclusion
from education and job training opportunities, severely
limiting their ability to participate in the formal
economy. The lack of access to vocational training,
which could equip individuals with practical, market-relevant

This gap in skills development leaves them trapped

Traditional Cooking Training
The tradition of a community is best known through
food. Every country will add beauty to its traditional
food. We offer a skill that gives a touch of culture
and heritage. This combines delicious food and the
old Indian Folklore fascinations that makes up an
interesting cooking skill training with different
kinds of spices. This skill will help improve your
own home-cooking skills. Without destroying our
traditional, this skill is given to the rural womens
to be aware of our traditional food habits. We train
them professionally so that they get an expert and
become an entrepreneur. After the completion of
the training, we have to settle those women. Therefore,
they become financially independent and can work
for self-growth. Through the Elysium Foundation,
we are looking to support socially disadvantaged
rural people in developing their careers and helping
them find jobs to earn their livings.

saw more women with disabilities, even young widows,
login from across country. Our trainings include
