Repetition
A social programme which helps women and youth in rural areas is covered in women, youth and Rural development part of skill develop, emt.
One may think its repetition but we think it as focus because a donor or media person interesting to know skill development programme for youth will go to only youth section in skill development and see the programme. Same with women, rural development.
Same with Girls & Women. Some programmes may be same and you will therefore see it in two sections.

Donate directly
Any donor interested in donating to the organisation should either donate directly (links to programmes are shared free) or can ask their consultants, agencies to check credibility of the programme and options available at the same location or different location.
CSRidentity.com is a portal and its parent organisation can be an agency for donors but we have limited time and can not cover the need of many organisations plus organisations already have their agencies or consultants and they can see the options available on CSRidentity.com free. And yes, we do not want credit because we will not know the organisations which use us without mentioning us and do not want to invest our time to legally file a case. If someone refers us, good.
If someone doest refer us, its ok. Our focus is helping the world directly and indirectly.

Media : Approach
Media is requested to approach the related organisation directly and CSRidentity.com shares link to the programme which helps media contact them directly.

ASSIST, India
Palnadu District, Andhra Pradesh
The majority of ASSIST’s target groups consist of daily wage labourers, marginal farmers and artisans. Many labourers depend on agricultural seasonal work in an area where rainfall is decreasing year by year. To break the cycle of dependence on agriculture and menial jobs, ASSIST aims to improve the economic status of poor communities by identifying sustainable income sources and providing corresponding skill training.
Adolescents receive vocational training in gainful professions like tailoring and fashion design, computer applications, masonry, motor mechanics and leather working. Loans from Mutually Aided Cooperative Thrift and Credit Societies (MACTS), managed by People’s Organisations, enable them to set up micro-enterprises like work units and petty shops. With this comprehensive approach, ASSIST has been helping thousands of families to escape poverty and to build a sustainable future.

The vocational training is one of the prime focuses of the EFRAH; it deals with the livelihood of the community members in the area. The act of the organization to involve such youth, women and adolescent girls will take initiative to earn and support their family. Project mainstream was thus initiated with the thought that every such individual has immense latent capabilities that need to be polished in. It thus adopted an innovative approach to impart leadership training and vocational skills. In addition, the much-needed micro credit facility was made to start a mini enterprise.

When women start earning sustainably, not ooly they & life of their family takes positive change, they can be catalysts for positive change in their communities. Vocational Skills Training for unskilled and unemployed women and adolescents from rural and indigenous communities is another top priority for NCT. We hope that by providing knowledge and practical skills, we can engender marketable and employable skills among India’s youth.Vocational Skills Training plays an important role in the economic empowerment of rural communities. NCT Provides skills training to women and young girls, especially in communities prone to chronic drought, human trafficking, and child marriage. Vocational Skills Training takes that NCT gives includes tailoring (dressmaking), hand embroidery, coil-winding, driving, electronics, auto repair, carpentry, hospitality, smartphone repair, and horticulture, among others.

Newbeginnings Charitable Trust , India

NCT believes in the importance of investing in youth to create lasting positive change—Vocational Skills Training is one of the best ways for communities to achieve that. By targeting those often overlooked—the unskilled and illiterate—and endowing them with the necessary tools to become employable, we help communities build change from the ground up.
NCT provides training to the rural youth in employable trades such as automobile repair, electronics, tailoring, embroidery, phone repair, organic farming, and animal husbandry. These skills help youth off the streets and equip them with the knowledge conducive to economic opportunity.
Vocational Skills Training for rural unemployed and unskilled youths helps our goal to energize rural economies. Self-sufficiency among young people brings capital back to their home communities, which in turn improves economic growth and security both locally and nationally.
Vocational Skills Training takes place in many forms, including coil-winding, driving, electronics, auto repair, carpentry, hospitality, smartphone repair, and horticulture, among others.

Sai Kripa , India
Sai Kripa Vocational Training Centre : There has to be a clear path form education to employment to entrepreneurship. There has to be more than people getting an education to get employed ….. people should start thinking about creating jobs. It is not just what you know but what you can do with what you know that makes a difference. The components of employable skills are severely lacking in the schools. Hence Vocational Courses which give life skills are functional learning and are the backbone of our education system.
