Corporate identity

Each corporate has unique identity.
Corporate identity is an integration of several things.
Right from the security person at the entry point, the receptionist, the liftman, every person in the office or factory including the office peon, clerk, manager, president, CEO to the company chairperson .. everyone's behaviour is responsible in making creating or damaging or developing the identity of the company.

A company which makes not good products, sales them effectively thus creating profits and then spending good amount of money on CSR, can mathematically be seen as a company which spends lot of money on CSR.

But people can say that the company is a money maker and not a money earner. The company's identity may be good temporarily but this identity is not sustainable.
It takes effect on the company's reputation.

On the other hand, if every person in the company behaves responsibly (by nature not by compulsion), the business processes are good, there is no damage to the environment & climate, then even if the company spends less money on CSR but takes effective measures for sustainability, cares ESG, then the identity of the company is good. And its not temporary.

is niceor people show the company

.

not just products or services of the company but how the corporate treats its employees, supply chain, how it cares for its business processes, does it value team work or is one man or one woman show (agreed their is just 1 CEO or 2 CEOs or 1 Chairperson, but each person in the company is a leader of her or his work e.g. a person working on packaging can do far better packaging than the CEO because that person's job all the time is packaging whereas the CEO has to look at policies, strategies which manages all, so packaging leader is not packaging manager but each worker in packaging

).
More importantly today, we are seeing climate is changing faster than in 1921 or 1922 because humans are doing drop by drop damages to climate and we all know an ocean is drops of billions of water. So billions of people damaging just a drop of negative change for climate for last million years is a result of climate change.

CSR in CSR identity is not Corporate Social Responsibility but Conscience, Sustainability & Reputation.
Identity word is taken from the Guru of Corporate Identity with whose India partner, the founder worked.
In simple words, Identity means Who you are.

Let us be clear that we are thinking of Identity of corporate sector and not individual corporates.
So identity of some can be extremely good or some can be just money making machine or some can be careless attitude of founder or some can be a caring company.
Companies should take actions to improve issues outside of the everyday business operations.

And identity is reflected right from the security guard to receptioning or lifeman to clerks or labour because in large companies not even 1 in 1000 visitors get time to meet the CEO of the company.

Why we share corporates countrywise ?

We share corporates countrywise because each country has different rules, regulations, ministries & stock exchange for corporates. And consumer culture is also different .

CSR
NGOs, Governments, Funding agencies, UN and even competing corporates want to know the CSR Budget.

People across the world want to know CSR Budget.
We share corporates countrywise because each country

Every one looks at a corporate differently.
Some look at whether the company follows all the rules by the government,
some look at how the company takes care of climate issues in all their business processes,
some look at their CSR issues & CSR Budget,
some look at how the product is marketed and who heads marketing or marketing strategies
so same company is looked different from the perspective of who looks at it and what is the purpose

We plan to share the company's CSR or Sustainability page links and plan to share 50000 companies by 31.3.2023 or may be 25.12.2022.

Also if we comment on any company, we can do that separately as consultants.
But anything in public zone should be shared carefully.

Commenting on 50000 companies from different countries is not possible because we dont share just 50000 companies but over 150000 NGOs, 1000 Media, hundreds of funding agencies, hundreds of philanthropists, thousand celebrities ... and we are not machine oriented because we use machines to share info not come at conclusions.

Many NGOs want to know which company in their country supports say water or cancer or youth and what is the CSR budget.
You can go to corporates countrywise and see links to their CSR and see which issue they support, can go to their annual report and see CSR Budget.
But we dont share it issuewise CSR because year by year the issues they fund may change. So we give a link to their CSR so that you can see it which issue they support and which location they support the issue.

But as consultancy we can do this excercise for limited number of NGOs for a fee.
But our idea is not to do it because we will take lot of time to do it, so we can guide you to someone who does it in your country.

In India, we can do it but may be 2 to 3 requests per month. And we do not give the names of persons in CSR, their contact details.
But if you give us the names of 100 corporates in India and say you would like to know CSR liks and contact detail links of them,
we share you links to their CSR and links to how to contact them for a fee of Rs 5900/- (Rs 5000/- plus 18% GST) within a week a receiving the fee.
And the payment is 100% advance and once we receive it, then only we can start the process.
And if you dont get it within 15 days after receiving the payment, we will return the amount with interest at 10% per month rate.
We work on all days, so no holiday on sunday or any national independence day or any day.

We can do that across the world.
So if you want to know the CSR or Sutainability as well as contact details links of 100 corporates from different countries or just one country, you name the countries or country and we can give it to you for USD 100/- (equivalent amount from your currency) within 15 days of receiving the payment.
And the payment is 100% advance and once we receive it, then only we can start the process.
And if you dont get it within 15 days after receiving the payment, we will return the amount with interest at 10% per month rate.
We work on all days, so no holiday on sunday or any national independence day or any day.

Note
If we dont get CSR or Sutainability link then we will mention it to you within a week because while across the world it is necessary for companies to mention what they do as CSR or Sustainability and how to contact them, but some companies may have different policies and we respect that.
We always say CSR or Sustainability because ideally we are giving link to Sustainability but in companies where we dont get that link we share CSR link.
In India, we share CSR link because the government of India has a 2% CSR law.

Corporate Brand

We are talking about Brand of corporate sector and
not Brand of a particular or product or service
Because each corporate, product, service is different
Yes though many are from same category like soaps or mobiles, there is a difference in each
It can be price, availability, quality and
more importantly Mind Share of that corporate, product, service in its consumer, client.

Tata Brand is seen by millions of people in and outside India (Buyers of products, Government authorities, media, and even competition) as a Value driven Brand which takes care of Integrity (fair, honest, transparent and ethical), Responsibility (integrate environmental and social principles), Excellence (highest standards of quality), Pioneering (courageously taking on challenges, using deep customer insight to develop innovative solutions), Unity (invest in people and partners)
So it doesnt talk about a particular product but all products integrated, all people integrated, all processes integrated take care of Tata Group.

Nagarro is a a software consulting and development company known for its digital engineering capabilities

Its brand positioning is : ‘Caring.’

Caring is an acronym for the company’s values: Client-centric, Agile, Responsible, Intelligent, Non-hierarchical and Global.
