People talk about the reputation of Microsoft or Dell or Tata
or Birla...
Lets understand these are reputations of corporates (institutions).
But remember that people also value the reputation of Bill
Gates, Michael Dell, Ratan Tata, Kumarmangalam Birla...
This means people also value reputation of founders or (individuals).
And of course greats like Warren Buffet, Melinda Gates, Susan
Dell, Smt Rajashree Birla..
Its not just living institutions and individuals.
People have great value for non living individuals (physically
non living individuals) like Einstein, Newton, Dr Kurian, JRD
Tata...
No, we are not just talking about the reputation of great people
that you may know.
We are talking about all the 7 billion plus citizens and millions
of corporates, NGOs/NPOs, small unknown artists who do the role
of dummy of big celebrities or are unknown assistants to well
known people. e.g. People always respect great doctors who operate
but these doctors only use their expertise in operations, the
sisters & brothers take care of the patient or the hospital
staff invests more time in the patient, but we respect or know
only the doctors or the name of the hospital. Which means we
value reputation of individual doctors like Dr. Harshad Purandare
or reputation of Hospital like. Jupiter Hospital. But we must
understand that the patient survives because of hundreds of
individuals who we call as the hospital staff.
Positive reputation of all stakeholders is the key for all
whether one is a corporate or an ngo or a funding agency or
a celebrity or a media of any type or an individual.
We will start providing this service from June
1, 2016.
