Housing – We have successfully rehabilitated 9000 slum
dwellers through 3 social housing projects in Pune and
Sangli. Currently, a live slum redevelopment project is
underway in Bondre Nagar in Kolhapur city. This unique
project is being partially funded by the Pradhan Mantri
Awas Yojana. The community of 77 families are involved
in the decision-making right from designing to material
selection and monitoring, making this a truly Beneficiary
Led Construction project.
