respect
Jobs for locals is necessary for any country because it
is important that people within the country are given opportunities
to earn income.
But
we respect countries which value talent because talented
people look for technologies available to use their talent
e.g. a talented person from a village will certainly move
to big cities which have facilities for cardiac operation
and its not just technology but additional doctors, nurses,
ward boys ... all matter because surgeon does operation
and others take care of patient for many days after operation.
Of course now with technology, one can do big operations
differently than traditional operations. But in many countries,
situation is not developed.
Situation
for software professionals is same as that of doctors because
they also need professional equipments and professional
attitude. |
