Each customer - whether an institution or an individual - must think larger than their own. Yes, we know that universal development is too large a thing for them to think. But there are 7 billion plus citizens (customers) in this world and each one is part of this universe.

If universal development has to take place, then each customer must understand and appreciate that they have a role to play.
