New UN study identifies small fish with 'big role' to play feeding Africa's drylands
14 June 2016– Small, fast growing wild fish could be crucial allies in the race to end hunger in some of the world's most chronically poor and underfed regions, according to a new report by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) on fisheries in the drylands of sub-Saharan Africa.

Dusty Foot Productions, Sea Turtle Conservation, 2013-2014
Funded Dusty Foot Productions, to produce Turtle Diaries, a set of educational videos on how to conserve rare species of sea turtles along the coast of India.

The target audience is schools, educational institutions and marine wildlife conservationists like the Turtle Action Group. Heras Institute, St. Xavier's College, Mumbai, 2013-2014.

Part sponsored the 22nd Art History Congress and facilitated a visit by the delegates to Elephanta caves.

Established "The Vasant J Sheth Interpretation Centre" in 2004 at Rushikulya in Orissa, India's largest Olive Ridley turtle rookery.

Interactive educational panels and audiovisual material on sea turtles in English and Hindi provide excellent information on mating, nesting and hatching behaviour of the turtles. The Interpretation Centre is popular with many researchers, scientists, students, and tourists.

Maharashtra Sea Turtle Conservation Project
Supported a second turtle conservation programme on the west coast, run by Sahyadri Nisarg Mitra (SNM), an NGO based in Chiplun (Maharashtra) actively involved in protecting the sea turtles and their nests. Through the involvement of villagers, 36 nests were protected and

Coromandel Ennore team helps to clean up 1 Km. coast
Coromandel Ennore joined hands with the Indian Maritime Foundation and helped clean up a one kilometer stretch of beach near the Ennore Plant on was cleaned up International Coastal Clean-up Day, 19.9.2009. Enthusiastic public and children also participated in the clean up activity. Around 15 bags of pollutants, both bio-degradable wastes such as papers, broken pieces of small wooden blocks and non-biodegradable waste such as plastic covers, plastic bottles, were picked up and disposed off.
